Q. Are all your products handmade or contain any pesticides?
A. None of our products contain any pesticides or animal product.
Q. Why do you encourage exfoliation?
A. It's important to exfoliate the dead skin cells away prior to following with a moisturizer. Otherwise you're just piling lotion and butter up on top of dead skin.
It's important to rejuvenate your skin so that it breathes! We lose an average of one million skin cells per day!!! Meaning our skin should be exfoliated and moisturized daily! As well drink lots of water!
Q. Delivery & Shipping Options
A. We ship our orders via FEDEX to ensure a timely arrival! In the summer we include a freezer pack. If your order arrives a little melted. It’s okay, just refrigerate for a minimum of 30 minutes. The product will be ready to use.
We also offer Pick up Option as well as our products are available for purchase at Kimyon’s Beauty Supply located at 10418 N. Main St. | Archdale, NC 27263 and Pick up at Pink & White Fabulosity Nail Salon inside of Browzilla Beauty Studio 8821 University East Dr.Suite 210 | Charlotte, NC 28213.
Q. What is your standard order processing time?
A. Your order takes approximately 2-5 days to make depending on the order. There are varying factors to consider including curing time for some products. Because all products are made to order, this ensures you receive a quality product. *Each product has an average shelf life of one year when capped and stored properly.

A. We offer E-Gift Cards!

A. We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, AfterPay & Giftcards as forms of payment.

*All returns will be refunded in the form of a store credit.
All items must be returned within 14 days of delivery date and must be unopened.
*A (RA) Return Authorization must be obtained before returning any products.
Items must be returned in its original packaging and include the RA# in the package.
Items returned for "store credit" are shipped at customers expense.
No shipping charges will be reimbursed.
**Sale items cannot be returned for store credit.
Please allow 7-10 business days for us to process your return upon receipt to us.
You will receive an email confirming receipt.
Kure Skin Kollective is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in transit. We do not accept responsibility for return shipping on any products being returned for store credit. You are responsible for return shipping cost.
